Hi, i am Mr. S.Sai Prasanna, from Chennai.
On 23/07/2022, me and my wife travelled with SpiceJet from Leh (IXL) to Chennai (MAA) via Delhi (DEL) . We checked in 2 luggage at Leh (transfer luggage to be received at Chennai).
At Chennai, both of our baggage was not received.
We approached the baggage assistant for the help and we were informed that the baggage was not received from Delhi itself and we also submitted grievance form for the same. The baggage assistant promised that we would be receiving our trolleys on 24/07/2022. We did not receive any call or sort of information regarding that. When I called the given number [ [protected] ], they didn't attend or call back.
We had essential medicines which my wife needed to take. I had to rush to pharmacy late on that night because of this. apart from clothes, we also have many gift items to be distributed to our families.
The original plan was that my wife had to travel to her hometown on 25/07/2022 by train to visit families and distribute gifts which she could not. Our entire week's program has been collapsed and we still don't know when we will be getting our stuffs.
We urge the concerning authorities to investigate this issue asap and take required actions.
1. We need our luggage back.
2. We deserve proper explanation on why our baggage got delayed
3. We also deserve proper compensation
