Hi,
I was supposed to travel from Delhi, Indira Gandhi Internal Airport, Terminal 3 to Bagdogra on 14th October 2022 at 6:30am with SpiceJet flight no. SG-8903. I reached boarding gate at 6:20am since I saw final boarding in TV screen and there was no announcement from SpiceJet regarding the same. Once I reached the boarding gate, I was denied boarding when one passenger bus was still waiting. Ground staff signaled bus to go and mentioned no passengers left.
When I checked with staff why we were not allowed to board on bus, they mentioned "we cannot send entire bus for just two passengers.". I asked for transfer to next flight. which was also denied by SpiceJet staff.
My luggage was deboarded from plane.
I had to book another flight which costed me 3x times booked cost.
I am looking for refund of my money from SpiceJet. Was this information helpful? |
