This is in reference to my previous email. I have booked a ticket for Delhi to Bagdogra. Date of Journey is 30.05.2022. time 06:30 AM.
As I do not have any user ID, I had booked the ticket as a guest. My money is deducted from the account but I did not receive any message from Spicejet. neither on email nor on mobile. I have been trying to contact Spice jet on almost every number displayed at spice jet site or Apps. None of the numbers are working. Even whatsapp is not working.
I have written several emails but it says that executives will contact me in next 3 days.
Since i do not know the status of my booking i am not able to book another ticket also because cancellation of tickets in airlines is very costly and i cannot afford it.
I humbly beg you to let me know if my ticket is booked or not. If booking is confirmed, kindly let me know the PNR/ Reference number. If the ticket is not booked, kindly let me know so that i can book another ticket.
I hope as a good service gesture, you will take me out of this crisis.
