Spice Jet Airlines — booking through spicejet airlines not confirmed and refund not received.

I am sandeep sharad mahajan booked air ticket through spicejet vide flight no. Sg981 from chennai to pune for the journey 13th april 2019 on 12th march on line after paying the amount through my hdfc credit card no. The amount deducted from my card, however, booking confirmation sms or mail not received to me on the same day. After that till date i have not received any refund mail from spicejet airlines. Kindly sort out the issue and process my refund for the unbooked ticket.
