Spice Jet Airlines — booking transaction failed, but amount was deducted - no further mail or message record for booking confirmation. | |||
I tried booking flights from cok to bom which will leave from kochi at 20th july, flight (Sg 164) at 11:55. I filled all the necessary details which they asked, my name, mobile number. They then asked to pay an amount of 4448rs, i chose to pay through a debit card. I filled the details of the debit card and pressed pay button... After that an otp has been sent, i copied the same to the site and the transaction has been failed. So i tried to book again and again then they said i have insufficient amount in my account... I checked my account balance and 4448 rs was deducted through razor pay spicejet. I have attached the screenshot of transaction. I haven't received any futher messages or emails regarding the booking or flight details... When i check my spicejet account no trip has been booked, i lost my money. I need to get to mumbai asap, all i had was the money i had in my account., im helpless now only because of spicejet. What will i doo. Was this information helpful? | |||
