Spice Jet Airlines — Brogen baggage

I Amit vinay kumar dubey,
was traveling from bom to delhi on flight SG8152 on 15th feb 2023 at 7:20am
PNR- QF2K5Q.
When i arrived at delhi airport i found out that my baggage's one wheel has been broken as if someone has pulled it.
I was unable to find baggage counter of spicejet there as i was getting late for my office i got out of airport and
Currently i am staying at hotel grand President, Karol bagh till 25th feb 2023
My permanent address is jogeshwari east, railway colony bldg no 43/15 mum 400060
I have attached photo of my baggage and my boarding pass
