I Afsah Manzoor was travelling from delhi to darbhanga on 19th of november 2022 ( flight no. SG8495) seat no 2F which departed at 11:25 am, i was carrying a laptop bag which had a laptop a powerbank and a couple of clothing items in the Spicejet aeroplane and as i was searching for space in the overhead bin the air hostess and some flight attendent told me as there is no space in the overhead bin they will be sending my bag with the main luggage to which i told them no this bag contains a laptop if you put it with the baggage it will be destroyed to which they reassured me that care will be taken and i should not worry, again i told that spicejt attendent wearing a black suit to kindly tell the team that this bag has a laptop in it and asked him to put a fragile tag so nobody tosses it around to which i was again told do not worry nothing will happen to your laptop, then they took the bag and when i received it in darbhanga from the Belt i immediately opened and checked my laptop and it was damaged and i immediately reported it to the spicejet counter, they have given me the following acknowledgement which i am sending u in attachment, i was also told at the darbhanga airport that refund will be sent to my account, kindly give me the full amount of my laptop plus compensation for such carelessness even upon prompting again and again the laptop had all my stuff it in .
It’s been more than a month and they did nothing they now are willing to give me a coupon code worth Rs 5000 for breaking my laptop which was almost worth 60K, please help me get my full money back from these cheaters and careless people plus compensation Was this information helpful? |
