My bad handle was completely broken which makes it completely unusable. Also, my items were found missing.Inspite of continuous followup, they were unable to resolve my issue and at the end terminated as a void complain. My bag handle is broken and so have to carry bag in spite of being a trolly. I had registered complain in airport itself, and representative himself comfirmed that major loss to bag has been done. Please i request you to take into consideration. I am genuinely suffering a lot.

Spice Jet Airlines — no refund received.

the airline they provided me was already booked from delhi to jammu so the he told sorry sir i will refund ur amount of delhi jammu.Then i had to take a new flight ticket of go ai.. They didn't responded my call my pnr no. is A7TE3T.
