Spice Jet Airlines — canceled Flight Ticket Refund

Sir/Madam, This is chinnathambi...I have traveled from chennai to bagdogra via kolkatta on spicejet(Flight No. SG 325) booking through Yatra.But the flight would be canceled in kolkatta due to bad fog in bagdogra that I faced many problems behalf of flight canceled and I have disappointed...I have asked refund in kolkatta airport after the flight canceled but the spicejet people said me about ticket amount will be refund with in 10 days and noticed in my ticket but still now i didn't get any refund and same thing is done by yatra...yatra send mail notification to me like your refund will be receive with in 10 working days but still I didn't get.there is no response from both of them(spicejet&yatra).Please can you have assist me and respond at the earliest..
