I booked a flight from Guwahati to Chandigarh dated 14th Dec'14. Today I got the message the flight is cancelled due to opeartional reasons. Is this the way to handle the customers in such irrelevant manner.
Don't you have any feelings how much inconvenience you have caused to your customer.
I want my money back by tomorrow if you cant arrange for me I have to arrange myself something and if you dont refund the money then serious issue may take place with your company.
