I have been up since the past 24 hours and ended up paying 15k extra because of your cancellation policy.
My bookings from mumbai to chennai, and chennai to mumbai had been cancelled. And the only intimation was through message (pnr : KBBE9M and UBNLQP).
I had missed the message about the cancellation of the departure flight and only read the chennai to mumbai flight cancellation.
When I called spicejet 3 times about the chennai to mumbai cancellation refund, no one informed me that mumbai to chennai flight was cancelled too.
When I was at the airport, I was allowed to enter through T2 even though there's no spicejet there, then I went to T1 where I was informed the flight is cancelled and that's when I initiated my cancellation and booked a new flight which cost me 15, 200 rs.
