Spice Jet Airlines — cancelling flight at 11th hour plus non refund

i have been travelling with spicejet for quite some time now. i never complained for delayed flights, this last time my flight was cancelled and that caused me a lot of problem. i wanted a solution which was also not given to me, i have mailed, and have received no reply even after 4 days. i had to spend a lot of money to cover up for your mistakes. its high time i get back my money and the extra losses due to spicejet. my pnr is E4UMPC. i want a reply soon.
