Spice Jet Airlines — Cancelling the tickets and refunding the amount

I have booked four tickets with PNR N6JRSC for our journey on[protected] from Chennai to Bangalore to attend a function. Unfortunately, the function date has been preponed to[protected]. Again I have booked four tickets for our journey on[protected]. I could not cancel the tickets booked on[protected] as the tickets were restricted category. I am a senior citizen and I am loosing more than 7, 000 rupees. Could you please consider this as a special case and arrange to refund a portion of the amount for which I will be much thankful..
