Hi this is javed here. Today i have booked a ticket from delhi to srinagar dated at 23 november 2019. Sir mam unfortunately i made a mistake in one of the passengers surname kindly change a passengers surname which is mentioned zeba khan..in ticket booking.. Pnr. P9zvjc. It is actually zeba rani. I am requested you plz change her sir name as soon as possible

Booked a ticket from ahmedabad to coimbatore. money is deducted 5437 but ticket is not booked.
even the customer care executives are not receiveing the calls . please refund the money . or atleast answer the calls so that customers are happy and u get the customers back or else will move on to another flights. waiting for a reply
