Spice Jet Airlines — Charged twice 17000 rs for one ticket and promised it would be refunded back in 24 hrs but not done

4th Oct 22 - Tried making booking (Jaipur to Dubai) on the 4th Oct, was charged 836.80 AED (18500 Rs.) but did not receive the booking.

Called the customer care Isha same time from Dubai number for almost 16 mins (costed 707 Rs) and informed that my card was charged however did not receive booking, she asked me to make booking again so charged again 836.80 AED (18500 Rs.), and she mentioned that previous amount 836.80 will be refunded back to your card in 24hrs.

6th Oct 22 received reply from Ghazala who stated that they are looking into the issue and will resolve issue, i emailed back to her on the same day but no response.

6th Oct 22, in the evening called the call center again from Dubai number (costed 810 Rs.) and spoke to the agent Muskan who answered in the same robotic way that it will take 24-48 hrs. and she cant do anything else.
So, long story short, pls refund the money asap.

Its been 45 days now and moeny not refunded as promised.
