Spice Jet Airlines — Cheating in the name of rs 12 anniversary offer may 24th 2017
This is to bring to light the Rs 12 promotional anniversary scheme started by Spice jet dated 23rd May. Under this scheme the base fare was Rs 12 and taxes were to be borne as per rules. However Spicejet has charged an exorbitant sum in the name of airline fuel charges and taxes and the fare of Rs 3100 turned out to be more than the normal fare for Hyderabad to Benguluru return fare which is around 2800/- maximum. Please initiate a compensation for the loss occured. Even today If I try to book tickets for the same dates, the fares are lower per person without promotions. Was this information helpful?

As per your statement, they have looted you by giving promotional offers to you. Also if you understood their fair policy against promotional offers means just look at their policy. If you felt that they have crossed / breached the rules means suite the case in Consumer court against the service provider. Also you may claim the some amount as a loss.
