Dear Sir,
Its very bad experience, my check in bag was broken and the ground staff attitude was very bad.After arguing and she talk to superior they have issued Baggage Irregularity Report No.29567 dated 19 Nov, 2018 at 0.30 AM details are as follows
Not ready for any compensation as well as in report mentioned local bag, which angle that Ms. Priya find its local.
She do not know that out of India lot of brands available not knowing brand and mentioned.
If Spice Jet refuses to compensate or If no reply on my below mail id
will file case in consumer court .
