My brand new Wildcraft rucksack was in tatters when it arrived in the Baggage belt. I was travelling by SpiceJet Guwahati to Bagdogra on the 5th June 2019. Extremely disappointed with the service of Spicejet There has been no compensation for it whatsoever. I had raised a complaint at the airport itself but to no avail. I don’t think the airlines care much about the passengers and the passengers’ belongings because my other luggage which had the ‘Fragile’ tag on it too was mishandled. I realised it only when I reached home as the contents of the bag were also damaged.
