With due respect, I Aman Maggon S/o Dharamvir Singh,
want to lodge my Complaint against the aforesaid persons for misguiding and misbehaving with me at the Airport, resultant I Missed my flight to Leh along with my wife and two other friends.
Brief facts of my complaint/ request letter are as under :-
My flight No. SG 121 (SpiceJet) was scheduled to be departure at 5:45 AM on 17.06.2022. I reached at the Airport at around 5:28 AM. When I reached there boarding gate was still open at that time but Ms. Uma representative of the Spice jet misbehaved with me and told me “kaha se muh utha ke aa rahe ho koi flight nahi hai” she wasted our time arguing with us. At that time when she was arguing with us I heared the announcement made by the staff for last call of my flight but Ms. Uma didn’t allow us to go further due to which me and my wife missed the flight along with two other friends.
After that Ms. Uma asked us to wait upstairs and suggested us to pay the balance amount and board the flight which was scheduled at 10:00 AM. When we are waiting upstairs another representative of the SpiceJet Ms. Sangeeta very rudely asked me to leave the Airport as we do not have any alternate flight for you.
Staff of Spice Jet behaved very rudely with me and I request you to please check the CCTV Footage of the Airport for your assurance that I have reached airport before the closing of boarding gate and dur to misbehaviour and misguidance by aforesaid person I missed my flight.
I want you to take strict action against the aforesaid employees and refund my hard earned money spent on purchasing the flight tickets. Was this information helpful? |
