We have booked a flight for SG 4038/SG 8169, October 1, 2022, Kolkata (Terminal 2)-Silchar-Guwahati. It shows a reschedule. Got an e-mail from Spicejet along with a link for rebooking for another flight. But when we click the link it opens a web site which asks for PNR No. and email id. After giving the details it shows error "We regret the inconvenience caused.

+[protected] or +[protected]", I tried to call the number +[protected], it showed an invalid number and tried to call on +[protected]. It almost took me an hour, but none of the customer care executives picked up the call. I am very disappointed with the service. I need a quick solution . Was this information helpful? |
