I would like to complaint about the enquery counter of spicejet at madurai airport. I have asked the counter person about the flight status showing all the details of the flight and asking him the status of the flight on 20th march 2020.

Time of flight from madurai to pune : 20:00 ist — departure from madurai
And arrival at chennai 21:15
Departure from chennai : 05:15 ist on 21st march 2020
I am having flight from madurai to pune via chennai. So due to covid 19. I have asked him regarding the flight status from chennai to pune, so he said the flight is cancelled and i have asked the same question to him thrice and he said the same answer. Due to which i booked another flight from chennai to pune.
After that when i went in the airport i got to know that the flight from chennai to pune of spicejet is not cancelled. So i asked them for the refund of ticket amount from chennai to pune but their manager misbehaved with me and said this is the cctv phootge and in that phootage when i am showing the screen of my phone for the ticket details, but they argued and misbehaved with me. That is very bad impression, kindly handle me request as i have given a very bad feedback and that is not the way to deal with the customer.
Kindly take action against it and let me know
