Spice Jet Airlines — Completely damaged baggage/ lost items

First of all, we received our baggage very late and when we received it, that was completely damaged from one side which made it easy for the items to come out. We lost items in the baggage, and some items are damaged. We have been chasing the [protected]@spicejet.com since then and yet we are not getting a satisfactory response as they are saying, ignoring all the hassles and delays we had to face, that they are not responsible for any of these and that they cannot pay us more than 3000 inr which is not even equivalent to the baggage we have lost. they are making us feel like they are doing some great favor to us that no one has ever received
