Myself balbir Singh .I have booked my ticket having PNR no. KIDPSE from JED to DEL and Del to JED on 03 April 2020. But my flight was canceled due to a coronavirus pandemic. Spicejet converted my amount into a credit shell. After one year I requested spicejet many times to refund the credit shell. They asked me to send your passport details and bank details . I have shared my details many times but the amount is still not refunded. Now today when I checked my credit shell it showed its expired. I have also attached my ticket and scanned my passport, bank details and the mails response from one year from spicejet in this email. It's a request to you to refund my amount as soon as possible. I hope I will get a positive response from you.
