I sent the follwing mail to [protected]@spicejet.com on 28.11.2014 Dear SpiceJet customer care executive, I received the following message from you on Tuesday the 25th of December 2014. Since then I have been trying to reach you through the customer care numbers provided but they are forever busy!! I sincerely hope that this mail does not go unattended. (" (PNR-Y9J46T): Your flight SG 3597 dated 11-Dec-14 from Chennai has been rescheduled due to operational reasons and will now depart at 10:20 AM. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please check the flight status at http://book.spicejet.com/FlightStatus.aspx or call [protected] / [protected], if you have any queries or concerns.") I had made this booking for my husband, a doctor, who has an Association Of Surgeons meet in Tuticorin at 10 am on 11th December 2014. Now he has to make other arrangements to reach there on time.
