Dear Sir, With PNR No. BYH7WA, I have purchased Mumbai-Kolkata return tickets with onward journey on 27th Dec.2014. However I have received SMS & email that my onward flight has been cancelled & advised to contact Customer care. However, innumerable attempts to contact customer care have failed as the number is not reachable. I have send mail asking full refund. However no reply. Dear Sir, I have the same issue, with PNR number BCV7SH, for a flight from Mumbai -> Blore on Dec 18th. Have received an SMS stating that my flight has been cancelled and innumerable attempts to contact customer care have been unsuccessful. Here are the number that I am using :

In fact when I dial the first number, I get a message stating 'This number cant be reached right now'. This is extremely callous and irresponsible of the airline. Do help, if possible.
