Spice Jet Airlines — Customer Care Representative telling my ticket is not under offer Zero rescheduling fee to reschedule flight- My PNR no is YFLU2N

Sir/Madam

I have booked my ticket on 2nd April 2021 during the offer from 27th March to 4th April 2021 as there was no change fee to reschedule flight one time as per news in times of India & other website and also msg on SpiceJet Website which is now not showing as new msg is showing but today when I had conversation with customer care executive after painful waiting time since last one day to reschedule my flight he told me that my ticket is not under any offer as there was no such type of offer during that period it is very painful to hear this and feeling like cheated by SpiceJet.
