Spice Jet Airlines — damage of luggage

Your service has totally damage our luggage during travel from kolkata airport to bagdogra on 16.05.2019. We are sending you the photos and video below.
We had already lodged a complain on that day at spicejet customer care service center at bagdogra. After a few days they contact with me over phone and denied to compensate.
Please let me know why will not we move for legal action.
