Spice Jet Airlines — Damage of luggage

On 4/7/2024 I flew with spicejet from New Delhi to Thailand this concerned flight SG-87 upon arrival my baggage came of the conveyor belt damaged.
At Indra Gandhi Airport New Delhi i immediately submit a PIR form with number to spicejet official's but has not offered a solution .
According to the Montreal treaty, i am entitled to compensation. I here with hold you libel for the damage that my baggage incurred during the flight operated by your airline.

It's already been so many days but there is no result in receiving the above mention compensation. I will consider starting a procedure for minner claims .
