Spice Jet Airlines — delayed baggage | |||
We, my husband and myself both senior citizens (Mr niranjan talreja and mrs leena talreja) travelled from dxb-bom on 5th aug 2019 by sg0006. 2 of our bags were not received. We filed report at mumbai t2 and were told both bags wud be delivered at our res on 6th aug morning. Its 24 hours since but bags not yet recvd. We have made numerous calls to various spicejet offices but v get no info nor assistance from your staff. V r being passed around like a parcel. This is not the way to treat paxs. Its really not acceptable from any standard. Our clothes as well as cupboard keys in the bags so we wearing same set of clothes since yesterday!!! We seem to have made a big mistake travelling by spicejet. Please treat this as urgent request. We need our clothes... Spicejet has ruined our holiday... Was this information helpful? | |||
