Spice Jet Airlines — delaying of transporting wheelchair from delhi to patna

Zaid ahmed was travelling from delhi to patna date 6august 2019 pnr no.- e5vtni, his personal wheelchair was not allowed with him from delhi to patna flight and they informed us that it will come with another flight by 5pm but still we have not received that and patience is waiting on patna airport from 2pm and suffering from pain and stress please help, thank you

MOHAMED MOHIDEEN SHAHUL HAMEED 0n 4.8.19. Left from Dubai to Madurai. But baggage has not been loaded into aircraft due to negligence of Spicejet's crew. Today is it been loaded or not.

I booked for spicemax but they provided normal seating. Please refund my amount. My booking references:G4B54L. My wife is pregnant even though they not helping. Kindly refund my cash.

I booked through credit card.
