Spice Jet Airlines — disappointed service from crewe and results flight missed

Dear concern,
I'm very much disappointed service spice jet guwahati. Below mentioned fight pnr along with time and date. Have to reached required destination at any cost because there is no next flight. Reached airport 12.40 at baggage checking counter, refused to checked then went boarding counter not get any respond then again went airport spice jet ticket counter despite of so many request to allow to board as humanitarian ground but didn't get any support inspite of this suggested me to make ticket for next flight that is also next day on 11th dec. There is no options for i took ticket for next day on higher price..

Concern authority expected prompt response the same.

Dear spicejet customer (Pnr-xci84d): your flight sg 3326 dated 10-dec-18 from guwahati is delayed due to expected bad weather at pakyong and will now depart at 01:20 pm.
