Spice Jet Airlines — disgusted by spice jet staff on duty at boarding gate | |||
Dear spicejet This is to inform you that at the time of boarding, i have been treated very badly and on duty staff ‘ diksh’ was extremely rude and her behaviour was disgusting. I have seen worst customer experience so far during my entire air travel. I booked normal ticket with baggage limit of 15+7kg and i was carrying total 11.2kg luggage with me. My flight was bangalore to mumbai-sg456. Because of heavy rain situation, in order to avoid delay in baggage claim, i carried 11kg (7+4 kg) with me, couldn’t submit it at baggage drop counter. Just for this extra 4 kg, staff on duty treated very badly and i was left with only 2 options: either throw my extra 4kg luggage or miss this flight. Paying rs 1600 for 4kg is still manageable for a traveller who is affording air travel, but the way i was treated was awful. You should train your staffs on how to communicate things rather than misbehaving. And the worst part was differentiation between customer. Many people with two handbags (Cabin bag and laptop bag) were simply passed through the gate without any question. When i requested the staff on duty ‘diksh’, to check others bag too, she simply refused. And she responded very rudely that “she would check whoever she wants”. What kind of service is this!! Why is this discrimination between your customers. Why can’t she ask others also who are carrying extra luggage. Worst worst worst ever. Your customer has paid for 22kg luggage and just for carrying 11kg, rs 1600 extra amount was charged to poor customers based on appearances. So rude, will never ever consider spicejet for my booking. Thanks for such an awful experience. Please give me answer about the following: Why rude behaviour, your staff could have handled this with a polite voice I could have been given the option to deposit my luggage to them also like other airlines do. Cabin plus laptop bag is carried my many, by count it’s two. Why i was not offered deposit option for cabin bag Was this information helpful? | |||

I m flying in SG263 DELHI TO KOLKATA, the AC is not working at all and the staff are unable to resolve anyhow... Can this be a critical situation while flying?
