Spice Jet Airlines — Electonic mishandling | |||||
My brother flied from Muscat to Ahmedabad on 21st December, 2015 with spicejet SG62 on PNR: NRQ8GB. he had brought 48inch TCL brand TV as check in baggage. when opened in house we found that the screen was damaged completely. on complaining on spicejet customer complaint website we are told that its our mistake of not checking the working condition of TV on Ahmedabad Airport itself and its not any fault of spicejet of mishandling. many people are coming on daily basis with such electronic item and they hand it over to airlines with a trust. now how is it possible that all people take out the item on airport, plug in and check the condition of the item.
