Spice Jet Airlines — excess baggage

I have board the flight from dubai to kozhikode on 28th march the flight actually should take off at 4:30pm which delayed to night 11:30 i have spared enough of time in the airport at dubai. When my hand baggage was increased to 3 kgs extra do you think i should pay for that waiting for long hours at airport. Because of excess baggage i have even thrown few of my personal belongings which are even expensive. I would never ever recommend spice jet to anyone. Priror to conclude regarding the use of the qulity of the services of the particular air carrir,
the submitter need to demonstarte:-

1. His ID. This is truue name, true city or country of residence at minimum.

2. Involvment in the contract.
This to to show
- Spice Jet Airlines e-ticket or
- Spice Jet Airlines boarding pass or
- receipt, issued by the agent of the Spice Jet Airlines, for extra luggage of 3 kg

3. Your own complaint addressed to the Spice Jet air carrier.

4. The decision, which can be issued agints you or the refusal of the processing of your claim.
