Dear sir,
My self satish kumar and my flight missing flight no. Sg-8480 dated on[protected] at 15:00hrs and message on my registered mobile no. [protected].
(Dear customer, your flight sg-8480 with pnr n7y2nf, new delhi - patna, departs at[protected]:00.)
But 1 minute delay to reached at boarding counter at 14:16 hrs first counter from entry side igi terminal-2, new delhi. But spicejet staff misbehave to me. And to say that to meet senior staff, but senior staff direct rejected my boarding and offer to payment extra amount for boarding pass then i told that i will not pay extra amount for booking boarding pass. And expand my extra time 10 minutes on the counter after that spicejet staff directly said me, (You are late and boarding pass booking counter are closed. So please book new ticket for delhi to patna journey).
Sir why is this issue created with me and your staff.
