Spice Jet Airlines — Failed Spice Cash Points not reverted back-24th Nov 2016

My transaction got failed on 24th Nov 2016 while booking flights on Spice Jet website, but cash points got debited from my account. I have been requesting for return of my Spice Cash points(Topped up through credit card) and followed it up with repeated calls, but I have only been informed that I will receive my points and a call from the service team in next 24 hrs. The 24 hrs have been never ending for me. The flight tickets price dynamically increasing. It is kind of fraud Spice Jet is doing it.
It is frustrating send emails again and again to the Spice Jet Customer relations and Nodal Officer. Bloody cheating people they are. Below are the details of my transaction.
