Spice Jet Airlines — Failed ticket refund

I have changed flight date for pnr no AB7WYZ FROM DELHI TO LEH ON[protected] USING PAYTM WALLET FOR DIFFRENCE FAIR of ammount -7395 BUT THE TRANSACTION DECLIEND AND AMMOUNT DEDUCTED PAYTM GIVEN information that aamount is transfered to airline and ask with airline for other help
i droped a mail tospicejet coustomer support with screenshot of payment and get a mail from support team that it will be refunded within 10 working days but after waiting 11 working days i again mailed with statement of paytm wallet now i am getting mail to provide transaction detail to lodge new complain
