I booked my flight from Kolkata to Mumbai last year in March 2020. Due to corona pandemic and high risk I was not able to travel through this flight. Due to this my flight amount was saved in Credit shell. When I contacted Spicejet customer care they told me that with that credit shell amount you can travel through another flight untill 31st March 2021. And they told that according to government guidelines if that amount is not used it will be refunded in your bank account. As I didn't receive my refund and was not able to contact customer care, I wrote a mail to Spicejet customer care asking for refund. I still didn't get any response. Was this information helpful? |
