Spice Jet Airlines — Flight Cancelled 2 times and Compensation not Given

Dear Sir or Madam, This is to inform you that we have been harassed by Nivethi Nataranjan by manipulating the issue and not giving right support. We had booked a Spicejet flight for 30th March Chennai to Mumbai on SG-612 which was supposed to depart Chennai at 06:25 am and Arrive in Mumbai at 08:20am. Suddenly, the airline cancelled that flight due to some operational reasons and shifted my ticket to the night flight which was at 22:00 hrs (10pm). My check-out from the hotel was at 4am but I had to pay extra for 1 night because they cancelled my morning flight. Even then, I paid extra to my Hotel and stayed for Full day until the Night flight at 10PM which as per their intimation. After checking out from the hotel when I went to Chennai Airport, the Customer Executive at the Spicejet counter took my luggage and completed the check-in process and gave me the boarding pass. Suddenly I realized that she has issued a boarding pass for Next Day Morning 31st March flight instead of 30th March ticket for 10PM flight. I got shocked and immediately went back to the Spicejet counter and asked them why did they issue me 31st March boarding Pass when the flight is at 10PM on 30th March. It was around 8:30pm on 30th March when all this happened. Suddenly, a SpiceJet ground staff is telling me - SORRY Sir, we understand your morning flight was cancelled and you were shifted to 10pm flight at night, but even the 10pm flight we had to cancel. To that note, I did not understand why the hell the SpiceJet ground staff did not tell me while Check-in and she also took my luggage and without saying anything issued me the Boarding Pass for Next day. This is Fraud. Then I was trying to contact every person and supervisor from SpiceJet at the airport but no one was talking to me and running from all o[censored]s who was supposed to board the flight at 10PM. All the guests were angry. Now I had no choice - but there was 1 flight in Indigo that day on 30th March which was just in 1 hour from all this issue. Without any choice I had to issue the Indigo ticket which had limited seats and I had to PAY a VERY HEFTY AMOUNT of INR 7, 562 at the Indigo counter for my flight to Mumbai. SpiceJet told me that they will give Full Refund but the issue does not stop there. Firstly you cancel my Morning flight, and then I have to pay extra for 1 night at my hotel, then you shift me to night flight at 10pm and then when we come at airport, they tell me "we will give you full Refund"? . The Full Refund for SpiceJet was INR 4, 326 and I had to pay INR 7, 562 at the airport because they cancelled the flight second time on the same day and also issued me Boarding Pass for next day without telling me. This is so much of FRAUD. I emailed to Nodal Desk and Appellate Desk for the same with all Proof of my New Ticket and Paid Price and asked them to compensate the difference amount of SpiceJet and Indigo which is INR 7, 562 Paid to Indigo (minus) INR 4, 326 Spicejet Full Refund = INR 3, 236. But this illiterate female Nivethi Nataranjan is negotiating with me for INR 1000 voucher. Why the hell should I take that INR 1000 voucher when I have given the Proof of Indigo ticket for hefty price I had to pay at airport. I also told Nivethi that currently I am not asking for my hotel compensation but you will have to pay me the difference amount and she is not Replying at all. LISTEN, I HAVE ALL THE CALL RECORDINGS OF SPICEJET WHERE THEY HAVE CONFIRMED AND ACCEPTED THEIR MISTAKE. I can produce those call recordings as required. I will fight this case even if I have to spend money but I will teach Nivethi a lesson for her life to not underestimate any client. Kindly help us in fighting this case and I want the difference amount of INR 3, 236 as Credit to our account as we have paid that to Indigo not in voucher but from our account. So better send this to the relevant department and tell them I will involve all the Government officials but this time I will not spare Nivethi Nataranjan is she is underestimating us for the mistake by Spicejet. She will come and give me the compensation of INR 3, 236 is my guarantee and I will make sure unless she is with Spicejet, I will fight with her no matter what. This is enough now. I will not accept INR 1000 as voucher but I need INR 3, 236 as a difference amount I had to pay to Indigo. They have still not provided my Original Full Refund of INR 4, 326 + I need my difference amount of INR 3, 236 I had to Pay to Indigo at the airport. I HAVE ALL THE RECORDINGS. I will make sure even you will come and will give me the Difference amount I had to Pay to Indigo. Bhawna Rajput if you have the guts call me and talk to me. You are a FRAUD female. I will file grievance every 15 minutes and make sure you do not close the case. It is not about my Full Refund but you had cancelled the flight for the second time and also issued the wrong boarding pass for 31 March. Therefore, we had to buy the ticket at Indigo at the airport. Pay the Difference INR 3, 236.

Kindly fight this case. They Cancelled the flight 2 times in 1 day and we had to pay more price at airport to Indigo.
