Spice Jet Airlines — Flight cancelled and intimation one day before

My spice jet ticket of Neeraj Kumar, PNR NO MHRIXK from Durgapur to Mumbai dated 08/06/2023 got cancelled as per communication dated 07/06/2023.

No alternate spice jet tickets available for even reschedule as it seems that spice jet suspended operation in this durgapur to Mumbai sector.
So it was not possible to reschedule within 2 days and moreover in this short intimation the connecting flights of other airlines in this sector was taking very much time and the fares were about Rs14000/-

From Mumbai, I had connecting train to Surat which also I had to cancel and the details of which attached for reference.

So I had no option but to take another flight on 14 th June from Kolkata to Surat for a price of Rs8601 which is about Rs1801 more than the flight fare from Durgapur to Mumbai . This flight was taken as it was not feasible to take flight from Durgapur to Mumbai for Ra[protected] in alternate airlines.

So you are requested to refund me additional Rs7000/- over and above the amount of Rs6800 for your spice jet flight SG355 which stands cancelled on 08.06.2023.

This was intimated in a short period of 1 day...had u intimated me atleast more than 10 days in advance, then I would have booked the trip at the same price.

So request to please compensate additional Rs7000/- over and above Ra6800 for cancelled flight.
