Spice Jet Airlines — Flight cancelled, no response on refund

My name is Niteesh Bhargava and PNR is VIT44U.

Today at 17th January SpiceJet suddenly cancelled flights before 2 hours.

SG 2872, January 17, 2023, Mumbai (Terminal 2) - Jabalpur (Terminal 1).

When I asked for refund airport staff said they have processed the refund and it should come through email or SMS.

It’s been 6 hours since now and no communication has been sent to me regarding refund.

I would like to complain about :- (a) Sudden changes in their plan (Thay should inform passengers atleast 12 hours in advance).

(b) Also not giving clear email or sms about cancellations.
