With great regret I need to inform that it has been a very unpleasant situation we are facing today at the Pune airport with your airlines. I am travelling with my spouse and my 10year old daughter. Our flight sg0538 to bengaluru has been delayed for more than 4 hours. We were at the airport by 12:30 and dropped our luggage. When asked for meal voucher at the checkin desk we were informed by your executive that it would be given at the gate. It's over the lunch time and more than 3 hours, no spicejet executive have approached us for refreshment or any meal. On the contrary few passengers travelling with IndiGo with a delay of 4 hours were provided both refreshment and meal. Expecting to be one of the best airlines we went ahead booking with spicejet. But unfortunately we now are regretting it. It's such a shame that the executive at checkin counter at pune gave us an invalid number to be contacted for meal vouchers.
For the next travels we will ensure we don't book with spicejet and also share our bad experience with spicejet to our family and friends.
