Spice Jet Airlines — flight delayed and no responsibility taken

I booked Kanpur-Delhi flight or June 11, 2019 which was scheduled to depart Kanpur at 12:30 PM to reach Delhi 1:45PM. I has an Indigo connecting flight from Delhi at 5:25 PM to Raipur. Spicejet doesn't operate on Delhi-Raipur segment and Indigo doesn't operate on Kanpur-Delhi Segment. Spicejet flight was delayed and took off at 3:45 PM from Kanpur and reached Delhi at 5PM. I missed my Delhi-Raipur flight. I had to stay in Delhi and purchase an expensive ticket for June 12, Dlehi-Kanpur. Spicejet took no responsibility for the inconvenience and the cost incolved due to the delay. I want them to compensate me for the expenses- Rs. 7000. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Flight cancellation against two ticket with PNR no RDWKMQ and Z7RZRV journey date 11 may 2019 from delhi to patna. No amount is being refunded yet i had contacted them five to six time and the only reply i got is your application is being processed. Kindly check this complaint. An early action is required with reply.
