[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — Flight getting cancelled few days before travel.

This is to inform you that I am really disappointed with the SpiceJet services. I booking for travel on 16 oct and few days before I am getting messages and not even a phone call that your flight has been cancelled plz book alternate flight. No one in customer care ever picks up the call. After repeatedly calling I asked them to book alternate flight to whic they complied. Again 1 day later they called me to inform that it is also cancelled and connecting flight is only available for the next day. How irresponsible is this ? How can you expect people to arrange for accomadation in a new city at the last moment. This should really be looked into and action should be taken as soon as possible.
