Spice Jet Airlines — flight missed due to non co - operation of attendant at counter. non refund of fare. misbehaviour by staff of spice jet. | |||
My family was travelling from bengaluru to patna on 24th nov 2019. Flight pnr was w987ys. Even after reaching airport 50 mns before the executive of spice jet has not issued check-in pass. My wife requested again and again but nobody listened to her. She was having two small kids with her. All the staff member were not co-operating at that time and nobody guided what to do at that time. When she asked for another ticket then the staff were laughing at her and replied that you have to pay penalty for coming late plus hefty amount for next day ticket. Lastly with lot of request at bengaluru airport counter we got new ticket issued for next day by paying amount from my account. This experience is still haunting me and my family. With other airline in such situation they have arranged for the next flight without charging any single amount. What is this? For the cancelled ticket, the executive at the counter promised that some tax refund will be there but till date we have not received any refund amount. My request from spicejet is that kindly refund the entire ticket amount plus compensation for misbehaviour and harassment and also taxi fare. Kindly address this issue on priority basis otherwise i will go to consumer court and file a legal suit. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
