Spice Jet Airlines — flight rescheduled and customer care not picking the call

My flight from bangalore to kolkata for 1st may sg 741 have been rescheduled to 1.10am which was originally scheduled on 7.20pm. I cannot take this late night flight and trying to contact customer care to change it to other flight. But no one is picking the call. I am trying since last 1 and half hour and it is really becoming frustrating now. How can spicejet have such poor service ADVERTISEMENT

To the anonymous author

It is impossible and nobody has a duty

- to respond to anonymous correspondence (to pay to anonymous account),

- to conslude regarding the indefinite request,

- to verify the conditions of 1 or more invisible tickets or the air carrier PNR, or invisible receipt.

The conditions of ticket are governmned by hundreds of rules.

So, if the author seeks the monetory solution, kindly

1. Introduce yourself by provideing the full name, address, contact

2. Attach the ticket or PNR,

3. Specify the exact 1 or more requests,

4. Submit the complaint to the air carrier or to the authority according to the rules of the complaining procedure or, alternatively,
request the assitance of the legal adviser for the fee,
if the air carrier has not satisfied your request within the term, specified in the regulatory enactment.
