Sir,
i booked a ticket for the journey on 19th nov from banglore to mumbai. the initial flight tyming was 10:10pm(Flight no. SG418). the fligt was rescheduled for the same date on 8:40pm. i didnt receive any call or msg for rescheduling. i.e passenger was nt informed abt it.
passenger reported the airport at 7:40pm, there the staff engaged him in a discussion for luggage..my father had a talk wid dem n wasted few min der..wen contacted the higher authority ovr der.. we came to noe that its the mistk from ur side n luggage was sorted..
then HE GOT THE BOARDING PASS AT 8:05PM. according to the rules, u dont give boarding pass after 45mins.. bt u gave...
ps: MY FATHER WAS NT INFORMED THEN ALSO ABT THE RESCHEDULING OF THE FLIGHT..:
after security check in n formalities..he was at d gate at 8:30...there was no calls or anythng goin on at dat tym..wen he reached the flight was left..
so i wld request you to plz pay for the flight ticket and arrange for somethng for the passenger for the harrasment which u ppl have done..
after taking the boarding pass, if passenger doesnt reach the flight waits for few min as per the rules..bt this tym evn this was nt done..
i request you to plz look in this case n do somethng orelse need to file a complain/case against spicejet for the harrassment.
after giving the boarding pass its compulsory for the airlines to take the passenger.
airlines claimed that ticket which booked had nly hand luggage n nt check in luggage n den dey agreed their mistk aftr wasting few min
