Complaint marked as Resolved My flight is on 24th June 2021 which is at 10:35am departure from delhi to srinagar. I was booked in February. Yesterday I got a message from airline that they delay my flight timing which is at 11:25 am. I called customer care and said for rescheduling my flight timing on the same day, same passenger, which is at 6:45 am. Thay said that is not our policy we could not changed the timing because of our policy. Our policy is only for if the flight is delayed 2 hours. But they changed the flight timing that is not my fault. I am going for my business work and they don't understand my problem. I don't cover my business work if I am going at 11:25am. So, I want to change my flight timing which is at 6:45am on the same day.
