I booked a ticket with pnr-I5BH2Y. I reached at airport spicejet line at 0655. I asked spicejet person regarding flight he told me that flight is delayed by 30 min you be calm and wait in queue. So i waited and reached at counter at 0720. Counter person told me you are late and there is no flight delay and not provided me boarding pass. Even the spicejet person who told me about delay denied about his words. Finally i cancelled my ticket at last moment. This is just a fraud happened with me results in loss of 3000 rupee. Plz suggest me what step i should do now because in mail also i have seen flight rescheduled at 0805. It means spicejet counter person misguided me and refused to give boarding pass. I attached the screenshot of delay flight in mail.
