Dear respective consumer rights, i have to issue upon a spicejet airline company which i booked a flight from Delhi to Dehradun was been cancelled without any information or any digital message been send to me that the flights are cancelled or never informed me that the flights are rescheduled so i issue a charge for not working as a wakening consumer service upon the consumer an i want to report that the company haven’t paid me back my money till now it should be between 24hrs but I haven’t recieve so my concern is that my loss of money who is responsible the consumer who trusted the company or the company who fraudulent the consumer with no rightful payback to the customer
